At Victory Charter School K–5, we take pride in offering a unique and enriching Dual Language International Baccalaureate (IB) Program that prepares students to become globally minded, bilingual learners. Through this program, students are immersed in both English and Spanish, developing strong literacy, communication, and cultural appreciation skills in both languages.

Our dual language approach is designed to promote biliteracy and biculturalism, allowing students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and embrace diverse perspectives. Instruction is carefully structured so that students engage with academic content in both languages, fostering a deep understanding of global concepts while strengthening their linguistic proficiency.

As an IB World School, Victory Charter integrates the 10 IB Learner Profile Attributes into every unit and lesson plan. Students are encouraged to be:
